Included with this contract:
- Next working day response via remote monitoring
- Best endeavours response to site (typically next working day) to a non-responsive unit
- All service parts/consumables
- All Engineer labour including callouts
- 24/7 remote monitoring & data logging from the UK and the Czech Republic
Energy Care Max
Energy Care Max is an all-inclusive contract which is an integral part of your CHP’s ongoing reliability and will be managed and operated by TEDOM UK.
Included with this contract:
- 4 hour response via remote monitoring
- Next day response to site to a non-responsive unit
- All service parts/consumables
- All engineer labour including callouts
- 24/7 remote monitoring & data logging from the UK and Czech Republic
