  • Next working day response via remote monitoring
  • Best endeavours response to site (typically next working day) to a non-responsive unit
  • All service parts/consumables
  • All Engineer labour including callouts
  • 24/7 remote monitoring & data logging from the UK and the Czech Republic

Energy Care Max


Energy
Care Max is an all-inclusive contract which is an integral part of your CHP’s ongoing reliability and will be managed and operated by TEDOM UK.

Included with this contract:

  • 4 hour response via remote monitoring
  • Next day response to site to a non-responsive unit
  • All service parts/consumables
  • All engineer labour including callouts
  • 24/7 remote monitoring & data logging from the UK and Czech Republic

We offer a remote monitoring service for CHP units, which allows real-time monitoring of the operation and technical status of the units.
